Welcome and thank you for coming to the third graduation ceremony of our natural medicine doctoral degree program. This program is the joint effort of Healer Holistic Center and University of Natural Medicine in U.S.A. We appreciate your attendance and your support!

大家都知道，自然醫學正在世界各地受到重視！直此之際，世界經濟又邁入另一大蕭條的艱困時刻。個人相信，此刻我們提倡並再度舉行自然醫學的畢業典禮，更有其時代的意義，且更堅信我們的畢業生，將在未來肩負起更大的責任，使人類免於恐懼生病和死亡。
As we all know, the natural medicine is being appreciated all around the world! Currently the world economy has been suffered from another great recession difficulties. I personally believe that, to promote the natural medicine and to deliver the graduation ceremony at this time is particularly meaningful under current global atmosphere.Furthermore, I have this deep faith in our graduates; I believe that they will take greater responsibilities in the future to enable the human beings free from the fears of illness and death.

東西整合醫學中心草創已近五年，承蒙大家和尤其是病人對我們團隊的信任，我們的健康事業已逐漸步入國際化（圖）。且我們的理念已逐漸被國內外人士認同和敬重。今天，我們另一項同樣重要的活動，就是頒發第一級的自然療法的認證書，給我們一些病人和家屬，我們很高興他們在我們的輔導和協助下，已充分瞭解自己的身體，並能將自然醫學的知識與他人分享，這正是我們創立東西整合醫學中心，最為重要的理念之一。這就是我們希望將自然療法生活化、社區化、全民化、和全球化的終極目標。
The Healer Holistic Clinic has been established for more than five years. I want to thanks for all of you for your trust on our teams, especially, the trusts from our patients. Our health care has been expanded into an international business. Referring to the attached map, we can clearly see that our philosophies have gradually being recognized and respected domestically and internationally. Today, we have another activity with equal importance, which is the awarding of level I certificates for the natural medicine to some of our patients and their relatives. We are very glad that under our tutorship and assistance, they have developed comprehensive insights of their own bodies and also able to share their knowledge on natural medicine with others. This is exactly as one of the most important philosophies in establishing our Healer Holistic Clinic. This is our ultimate goal to bring the natural medicine into people’s daily life, to the communities, to all citizens of the world.

2000年以後的未來，將是一"地球村"的世界，全世界人類將面臨老化、癌症慢性病、環境污染、大氣生態惡化等浩劫；人們面對健康環境的思維和營造等，必須有新的作法，方能解決人類生存的危機。醫學上，幾乎全世界的有識之士，皆認為過去數十年來，對於癌症、高血壓、糖尿病、自體免疫反應疾病等慢性病的治療是失敗的。一些國家的領導人，已開始嚴重的關切醫療變革的迫切性；且ㄧ致的認為唯有回歸以自然為本的整體醫療作法，方能真正解決現代人類的健康問題，這就是許多東方和歐洲國家所強調之人性化的自然醫學。

The world after year 2000 will be a “global village”. All mankind will suffer from devastations like aging, cancer and chronic diseases, environmental pollution, atmosphere and ecological degradation. In order to address the survival crisis, human beings must develop new perspectives toward healthy environment and adopt new measures. From the medical point of view, the treatments for chronic diseases such as cancer, hypertension, diabetics, autoimmune disease for the past few decades are considered as unsuccessful by almost all the intellects around the world. Some country leaders have started to emphasize on the urgent needs for medical revolutions. They all agree that the holistic medical practice based on nature is the true solution for modern people’s health problems. It is exactly what so called human-based “natural medicine” by many Eastern and European countries.

二十一世紀的自然醫學，早已和現代化的高科技結合，且已發展出相當多"輔助和另類醫學"的技術，並早已應用在許多疑難雜症之治療上，且獲得相當令人振奮之結果。有鑑於全世界之各界人士，對健康觀念的逐漸覺醒。然而，至今尚無一個國家對自然醫學視為政策，並將它做有系統的推展；甚至，全世界至今尚無一整合性的自然醫學中心成立。因此，我中華民族當今的醫學發展，應如何掌握自己的優勢，並以中國傳統醫學作為主軸，整合世界自然醫學的特色，在我大中華地區，成立一前瞻和前導性的自然醫學整合中心，並輔以現代化科技建立一系統化的自然醫學醫療醫療、訓練、和教育中心，並以此中心作為基地推展至全國、東南亞、和世界其它地區。本計劃就是根據上述的原念撰寫完成。使得全體國人和世界各民族人士，皆能同等享有同樣的高品質和更人性化的醫療照顧。

The 21-century natural medicine has been integrated with modern high technology and developed many “complementary and alternative medicine” technologies, which have already applied on the treatments for many difficult diseases and generated exciting results. People from various disciplines around the world have gradually developed awareness towards healthy philosophies, however, so far there is no any country puts the natural medicine into policies and promote it in a systematic way. There is not even any holistic natural medicine center established in the world. Therefore, the Chinese medical development should leverage our own advantages by integrating the features of world’s natural medicine based on the traditional Chinese medicine. We should establish a forward-looking and pilot holistic natural medicine center in Greater China and build a systematic natural medicine treatment, training and education center with modern technologies, as well as using the center as a base to promote the natural medicine to the whole nation, Southeast Asia and other areas of the world. This proposal is based on the above philosophies with the goal to provide the same high quality and human-based medical cares to all our citizens and all nations in the world.

21世紀醫療變革將以此計劃為執行綱要，我們深信自然醫學即將成為未來醫學的主流。我們目標是以提升病患之自癒力和免疫力，即達到身心靈兼顧之整體性治療為最高指導原則。此外，我們將致力於研究開發具備食和療特性的健康食品及藥物；和成立具備高科技能力之中心實驗室，用以提倡預防重於治療的預防醫學觀念和發展公共衛生教育。我們更將並將此自然醫學的菁華推行至國際，以增進全世界人類的健康。 整個計劃的發展必須以企業化的精神經營，並兼顧上、中、下游等一貫性、系統性和人性化的漸次開展(如圖架構)。

This project proposal will become the executive summary of 21-century medical revolution. We truly believe that natural medicine will become the mainstream of future medicine. Our goal is to improve the self-cure and immunization capacities of patients based on the guideline of a holistic treatment for body, mind and spirit. In addition, we will dedicate to the research and development of healthy food and drugs that are able to eat and cure, as well as establish center laboratories with high tech capacities to promote the prevention medicine concept (Prevention is better than cure) and facilitate public health education. From here, we will further introduce the essences of natural medicine internationally to improve the whole human beings’ health. The entire project development must be managed as corporation and be consistent through upstream, midstream and downstream, as to gradually develop in a systematic and human-base way (as illustrated structure).

A Taiwanese 13 years old boy, Wu , Taiwan ID No. A127 xxx068, he was bought to our center on Aug. 11th, 2006 because of he has frequently suffered from episodes of generalized muscle soreness following by generalized weakness for one year. During the attack, he even can’t walk and hold his fist tightly. Therefore, he is unable to go to class and has to leave school temporarily.

一位台灣十三歲的吳姓小男孩，身分證字號為A127 xxx068。他因受到週期性全身性肌肉疼痛和伴隨而來的全身虛弱無力長達一年之久，而在2006年8月11日來我們中心求診。他在發病時，他甚至無法行走且緊握拳頭。因此，他無法上課而被迫暫時休學。

In past one year, his mother took him to many general university hospital including National Taiwan University Hospital (History No. 36xxx30) 、 Triservice General Hospital (History No. 19xxxx62)、and Chang Gung General Hospital (History No.20xxxx62), and numerous CAM clinics in whole island for the seeking medical diagnosis and treatment. He had received a series of laboratory examinations including blood biochemistry、immunology、heavy metal、allergy、endocrinology、nutrition profile and muscle histopathology study. Finally, he was diagnosed as Metabolic Musculopathy. The patient has under taken series of different kind’s treatment for past one year without significant improvement. Then he was referred to our clinic center for further consultation and advice.

在過去一年當中，他的母親帶她到許多醫學中心，包含台大（病歷號碼36xxx30）、三軍總醫院（病歷號碼19xxxx62）、和長庚醫院（病歷號碼20xxxx62），和全台灣的許多輔助性醫療診所等；尋求醫學診斷及治療。小男孩也接受了一連串的檢查，包含血液生化檢查、免疫、重金屬、過敏、內分泌、營養和肌肉病理組織切片等檢查。最後，他被診斷為新陳代謝型肌肉病變，並接受了許多不同種類的治療，但是並無顯著的進步。之後，他被轉介至我們中心，希望有進一步的諮詢和建議。

After reviewed and interviewed the whole history of this boy. I did believe this is the most difficult case, and my first thought is CoRe can help me to explore what is going on of this boy. Fortunately and interestingly, the catalog of the source of toxin in CoRe revealed “Indoor Environment” is the first rank and the significant test result as shown in fig.1. Then, I interviewed his mother about the environment and occupation of her family. Originally, this boy's family has opened the laundry for more than 20 years. In addition, the boy’s room is very close to the escapement of waste gas of his family’s dry cleaner store since he was born. This fact makes me to be suddenly enlightened. After searched the volatile organic compound used in the boy family’s dryer laundry； I found one of its waste products, tetrachloroethylene, which will create people's chronic poison and finally cause many seriously disease including central nervous system abnormalities、disorder of neuromuscular reflex、and dysfunctional alternations of heart、liver、spleen、and kidney.

在檢閱和面談他過去的病史，我確實相信這是一個想當複雜的案例，而我第一個想法是CoRe或許可以幫助我找尋這位病患的根本問題。很幸運地和有趣地是，在CoRe的毒物來源欄顯示“室內環境”，排列第一項且是有意義的檢查結果。根據CoRe的提示，我詢問他的母親有關她們家庭的環境及職業。原來他們家營運乾洗衣店已經超過20年了，這位小男孩自從出生以來，他一直生活在最靠近乾洗機器排放廢氣的地方。這項發現令我突然豁然開朗。在探討他們的乾洗店可能使用之有機揮發性化合物之後，我認為至少其中的一種廢氣-四氯乙烯（tetrachloroethylene），長期暴露其下將會造成人類的慢性中毒，最終將會引發嚴重的包含中央神經系統異常、神經肌肉反射異常、和心臟、肝、脾及腎臟的功能失調等疾病。



In conclusion, I thought the boy is definitely suffered from metabolic neuromusculopathy, and is caused by the long termed exposure in the volatile organic compound origin from his family’s dryer laundry.

總結，我認為這位男孩的確是罹患了新陳代謝性神經肌肉病變，且他是因為長期暴露在，源自他們自己乾洗店內的有機揮發物之廢氣下，而造成的。

The boy’s mother has accepted my suggestion to move into another house immediately to prevent him from the volatile organic compound； and at the same time, he has received my treatments including detoxified prescriptions、nutrients supplement、chi enhancement 、and balancing yin-yang since his first time to visit our clinic center. Three months later, the boy has returned to the school until now. The boy's still has muscular soreness occasionally and can’t tolerant hard exercise. This may be due to the partial permanent injury of his neuromuscular junction caused by the volatile organic compounds.

男孩的母親接受我的建議，立即更換住家，以防止他再暴露於有機揮發物的廢氣之下。同時他也接受我的治療，包含排毒、營養補充、氣的增強、和陰陽平衡等療法。在他第一次到我們中心開始的三個月之後，他開始回到學校上課直到今日。這位男孩偶爾仍會有肌肉酸痛，且無法從事激烈和困難的運動，這或許是他的神經肌肉接合處，受到機揮發性溶劑的侵蝕導致部份永久傷害的結果。

The Role of The Bio-Informational Medicine In Holistic Medicine

Holistic medicine lies at the intersection of science and philosophy. Its scientific dimension emphasizes medical skill and widely appropriates all manner of medical technologies to cure or alleviate physical suffering arising from informational, energetic, biochemical and architectural disorders. The philosophic dimension requires that holistic medicine must balance the needs of body, mind, soul, and chi. In summary, the holistic medicine can be divided into two parts, material (science)-based and nonmaterial (philosophy)-based medicine. And the two medicines have the characteristic of dynamic and mutual transformation in a second. These two medicine’s characteristic also reflects in human being. Briefly, a person’s holistic health should be both all perfect.

After decades’ research and study, people understand that the process of disease formation usually starts on an energetic level firstly affected, and then dysfunctional or misguided before these changes leading to malignant changes in biochemistry or even body tissues. The former is in the stage of non-material based medicine level; and the later is in the stage of material based medicine level. And the bioinformational knowledge is the best medium to let medical practitioners to understand the whole process of disease formation. Therefore we may choose the best time to start counteracting treatment at the stage when disease is still in energetic phase. This is the truth which on treats has not gotten sick（上醫治未病）- a proverb of China. Also, its called advanced preventive medicine...

However from this point to review the history of medical development, it is becoming more obvious that many forms of modern medicine do not really heal but more often than not simply patch up the symptoms, particularly in the area of chronic disease, cancer, difficult diseases, people of sub-healthy, ... ... ...etc.

I have established a set of clinical diagnosis and treatment systems successfully with using different kinds of bioenergetic and bioinformational device in my center since 2003.The main advantages of these instruments are as follows:

1. These can monitor the “dynamic trend of bioinformational signals” of human body’s various organs and systems. It is very usefully for the clinical physician to understand more details about the impacts and influencing factors between the patient and the remedy and the external environment.
   Therefore, clinician can provide the patient with most suitable treatment.
2. These can expose the “emotional fluctuation messages” of the human organism; and it can provide more scientific information about mind and spirit for the doctor when they practice holistic treatment for the patients.
3. Regarding of human body disease, these can demonstrate the message about the energy change is before the pathological change. This information is valuable for the doctors to practice the advanced preventive medicine for the people.

The twenty-first century is the era of the “knowledge-based economy”; of course the time is also ripe for “knowledge-based medicine”. We hope that world’s medical elite can integrate the bioinformational and bioenergetic knowledges into the modern medicine, to foster a holistic medical environment in the world. In this way, the world’s medical community can achieve the goal of a truly holistic medicine on both the physical and philosophical dimension.
